We never thought that buying a house entail so much stress and pressure in terms of paperwork's and legal issues, but Ms. Armie guided and explained in detail in a way we would understand and comprehend. When we did buy the house, the kiddos were all excited and even the whole family were all feeling joyful and thankful that finally we have a place for family gathering. Seller reviewShe's very patient, very considerate, very helpful and understanding in times that we are dealing in a very important matters prior to closing. She was there all the way until the end of the transaction. I was losing hope, but you can see to her the diligent to close the deal. She's vey professional on what she is doing, she answered all the questions, returning calls is very important for me and she don't missed to return ALL my calls. I would definitely wanted to work with her again.
